Welcome to The Beat Corner (“The Beat Corner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thebeatcorner.com (the “Site”) and any purchases or downloads made through it.

By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3) Digital Products

The Beat Corner sells digital audio products (e.g., MP3/WAV files, stems if offered) and related digital documents (e.g., license PDFs). No physical goods are shipped.

4) Purchases, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are listed in [USD] unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, and included files may change at any time.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (for example, Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.

5) Delivery of Digital Files

After a successful payment, you will receive access to your digital files via:

  • the checkout confirmation/thank-you page, and/or

  • an email with a download link sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you do not receive delivery within a reasonable time (for example, within 10–30 minutes), check spam/junk folders and contact us with your order details.

6) No Returns / Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the files or download links are delivered.

However, we may provide support or a replacement download link if:

  • the files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially defective, or

  • you experience a technical delivery issue.

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of verified duplicate charges or proven technical failure that we cannot resolve.

7) Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Initiating a chargeback after receiving files or license documentation may result in:

  • immediate revocation of access to downloads, and/or

  • termination of any related license rights to use the purchased beat(s), to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or unauthorized.

8) License Terms (Important)

When you purchase a beat from The Beat Corner, you are purchasing a license to use the beat, not ownership of the underlying copyright.

Your specific rights depend on the license option you purchased (for example, “Non-Exclusive License,” “Exclusive License,” “Trackout/Stems,” etc.). The license document included with your purchase controls if there is any conflict.

Unless your license explicitly says otherwise, you may not:

  • claim the beat as your own creation or register it as your sole work,

  • resell, redistribute, share, or upload the raw beat file (or stems) as a stand-alone product,

  • mint, sell, or distribute the beat as an NFT (or similar) without written permission,

  • use the beat in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

Credit (typical expectation): If your license requires credit, you agree to credit the producer as specified in your license or on the product page (e.g., “Prod. by The Beat Corner”).

Content ID / Platform Claims: Some platforms use automated copyright systems. We do our best to avoid unnecessary issues, but we cannot guarantee that third-party systems will never flag your content. If you have a valid license and experience a claim, contact us and we’ll provide reasonable documentation support.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—beats, audio, text, graphics, logos, and branding—belongs to The Beat Corner or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content except as permitted by your purchased license.

10) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes,

  • attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Site,

  • upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems,

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.

We may suspend or block access for violations.

11) Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include third-party tools or links (for example, embedded players, analytics, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that downloads will always be available without interruption.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Beat Corner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Beat Corner from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • your misuse of the Site,

  • your violation of these Terms, or

  • your use of a beat in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

15) Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

Termination does not automatically grant refunds, and it does not expand your license rights beyond what was purchased.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [CA,USA], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in [USA/CA], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18) Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

19) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any posted policies (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, License Terms included with purchase), form the entire agreement between you and The Beat Corner regarding the Site and purchases.
