License Terms

Non-Exclusive Beat License (Standard)
By purchasing, you are buying a non-exclusive license to use the instrumental (“Beat”) in your own music. You do not own the Beat.

You may:

  • Record and release as many songs as you want

  • Distribute the song on streaming platforms (Spotify/Apple/YouTube, etc.)

  • Monetize the song and related videos

  • Perform the song live

You may not:

  • Claim ownership of the Beat or register it as your own composition

  • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Beat by itself

  • Upload the Beat or song to any Content ID / fingerprinting system (YouTube Content ID, Facebook/IG Rights Manager, etc.) without written permission or an upgraded license

  • Use the Beat in paid advertisements, TV/film, games, or major sync placements without written permission or an upgraded license

Credit:
“Prod. by TheBeatCorner” (or “Produced by TheBeatCorner”) must be included in the song title/description/credits where applicable.

Delivery:
Files provided: [WAV]. Digital download only.

Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, except in cases of duplicate purchase or file delivery issues.

Ownership:
TheBeatCorner retains full ownership of the Beat. Buyer receives only the license described above.
