Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Beat Corner (“we,” “us,” “our”). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1) Digital Products — All Sales Are Generally Final

All products sold on thebeatcorner.com are digital downloads (e.g., MP3/WAV files, stems if included, and/or license documents). Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the download link and/or files have been delivered.

2) When We Can Help (Eligible Refund/Resolution Cases)

We will provide support and, when appropriate, a refund or replacement in these cases:

  • Duplicate charges (you were charged more than once for the same order)

  • Non-delivery due to a verified technical issue (you did not receive access to the files and we cannot resolve it)

  • Defective or corrupted files (files are incomplete, unplayable, or materially broken)

  • Wrong product delivered (you received the incorrect files compared to what you purchased)

In most cases, we’ll first attempt to fix the issue by resending download links or providing replacement files.

3) Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the beat

  • Incompatibility with your software or device (unless the product was misrepresented)

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong beat or license type (contact us immediately—sometimes we can help, but refunds aren’t guaranteed)

  • Failure to read product descriptions or license terms

  • If you have already downloaded and accessed the files, except where the files are defective or incorrect

4) Requesting a Refund or Support

To request help, email us at thebeatscorneroffice@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • The name of the product purchased

  • A brief description of the issue (screenshots helpful for download problems)

We may request additional information to verify the issue and prevent fraud.

5) Refund Method and Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider and bank.

6) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback after receiving access to the digital product, we reserve the right to:

  • revoke access to downloads, and/or

  • terminate any related license rights to use the purchased beat(s), to the extent permitted by law.

If you have an issue, please contact us first—we’ll try to make it right.
